The Cord Stick® Guarantee


We guarantee Cord Stick® Multiple Draw System to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. We will replace any defective unit at no cost to you. If any device fails to operate as designed, simply notify us and explain the circumstances surrounding the failure, e.g. no vacuum in tubes, or internal needles came off. Do not return the defective unit to us. Carefully dispose of the contaiminated unit in a sharps container. We are required by federal law to fully investigate the failure of the device, so please be as thorough as possible in delineation of the encountered problem and suspected defect.
