Cord Stick® TrayThe Cord Stick® plunger tray functions as a holder for two Vacutainer® Plus sample tubes. The thumb ring accommodates the operator's thumb. The tube separator wall serves to stabilize the tray while inside the barrel and to give the tray torsional rigidity. There are two small indentations on the rear wall to securely hold the Vacutainer® Plus sample tubes. The tubes actually snap into the tray for a snug fit. Although colored tan in this illustration, the tray (like the manifold and the barrel) is made of clear plastic.
